According to the CART our country takes a stable first place on a mortality from cardiovascular diseases. As it is regrettable, but it so. Illnesses of cardiovascular system are illnesses of a century, illness of today.

If in the beginning of 20 centuries the high mortality was defined by presence of infections and a high level of a traumatism for today people die of a wrong way of life, a part of that is the wrong delivery. Certainly, we began to live better, more richly, move on cars, serious physical work became a rarity in view of development of mechanisms, machines and computer technologies. Playing children can be met all in the street less often – mostly children play houses in computer games. And products became accessible to us any.

Has historically developed, that in view of presence of the most various wars, a cold climate, hungry years, the organism is already protected at a genetic level. Being protected, it is ready to accept a lot of energy and to make a fatty stock for the future. But nobody could imagine, that this accumulation of energy (for the future) leads to so terrible complication – to an atherosclerosis.
