For anybody not a secret, that our health directly depends on our way of life and from that as we eat also what exactly we eat. The healthy way of life means, first of all, a correct and healthy delivery. Today any more does not call in question that fact, that by means of a delivery it is possible to treat effectively many illnesses and even to correct genetic predisposition to some diseases.
Recently the increasing number of people reflects on the delivery. And it is clear. Prompt body height of number of serious chronic diseases, last decades, is bound to cardinal change of structure (structure) of our delivery. The majority of problems is bound to health that we began to eat badly, and it is not enough to move.
I expect bewilderment: as it is possible to eat badly when shelfs of supermarkets “break” from an abundance of various products literally. But conversation goes not about quantity, and about quality of that we eat. In our delivery substitutes of products began to prevail, and taste of natural products gradually began to be forgotten.

What delivery can be named healthy? Certainly, this delivery which allows to support a good condition of our health. For this purpose it is necessary that with nutrition in an organism vital elements of a delivery acted all: fibers, Adepses, carbohydrates, vitamins, the irreplaceable amino acids necessary for an organism mineral substances and other, biologically important components of nutrition.
There is a set of theories correct and a balanced diet. There are, probably, only new diets for growing thin is more often. On my deep belief, each person should choose independently the scheme of a healthy delivery suitable it.
