The second precept of a healthy delivery are natural products.
Only natural products benefit health and an organism. Any витаминно-mineral complexes and BADy never can compensate absence in nutrition of beans, cereals, fresh vegetables, fruit and berries! In occasion of vitamins and BADov, mine to you advice: concern to them as to medicinal preparations, i.e. they can be accepted only in case of emergency (clinical indications and purpose as the doctor). In natural products there is absolutely all necessary for high-grade vital activity of our organism.
The third precept of a healthy delivery – nutrition should be various. It is impossible to eat only the several products, what useful they would not be. In the nature there is no product which would incorporate everything, even the major, components of a delivery!
The fourth precept of a healthy delivery – the refined products are harmful. Clearing products from ” ballast substances “, our food-processing industry deletes from all of them biologically valuable components: vitamins, minerals, alimentary fibers, irreplaceable amino acids, etc. the Cleared white flour of the premiums, potato (and any another) Amylum, the refined vegetable oil is all ” power pustyshki “. In the refined products there is nothing to vital our organism! These are carbohydrates and Adepses in the pure state. All cells of our organism are constantly updated, die off and one leave, on their place others are framed. For maintenance of these processes Adepses and carbohydrates, and those ” ballast substances ” are required not: amino acids, vitamins, minerals and so forth
The fifth precept of a healthy delivery – use in nutrition only those products of which utility for your organism you are assured. Operate by a principle: seven times think – once eat! If there are doubts in advantage of any product, do not eat it, it is not necessary to experiment own health – it at us one!
