3. Continue your sessions: As I said before, there is no easy way to quit smoking. When you stop smoking with hypnosis, it will not completely diminish the pain and discomfort of your withdrawal. However, what hypnosis will do is quite significant. It will reduce the severity of your withdrawal; it will give you the strength to deal with your pain; and it will make you feel better in a shorter amount of time.
If you do your quit-smoking hypnosis sessions as instructed, and if you stick with it for a few days, you’ll soon find that your cravings are nothing more than physical reactions to your withdrawal. You’ll feel physically uncomfortable, but in your mind, you won’t have the same emotional or intellectual desire to smoke. In fact, you’ll dislike the idea of smoking, and you’ll feel proud of yourself. Every time you make it through a craving without smoking, you’ll feel better and better.
