The concept « sports fitness » occurs from English « to be fit » to be coordinated. A paraphrase: to be healthy, to observe sensible style of a life. As a whole sports can be characterized as is material-corporal activity, the integrated plan which purpose represents rising ability of a body to exercise stresses.

Fitness is the original union of art of construction of a body and aerobics. One concept fitness in general poimanii – eto-strengthening of an organism by means of physical trainings which mental basis is availability of trainings in all interpretation of this term: from financial policy fitness of clubs up to the schedule of their work.

For a long time the proved victory and constant popularity of gymnastics are caused by that engaged it is not offered to force itself employment and special kinds of a delivery. Fitness does not lead to weariness – almost everyone are engaged in it at a dawn, before work, wakening the organism. Exercises by sports – eto-complex vozrozhdene and deduction of health: a balanced diet, procleaning of the person and individual programs of sessions of playing sports. Almost in all European countries sports fitness today is the global program referred on reduction the form of health of mankind.

As professionals, the exact answer to a question mark: « That such aerobics? » Is not present: engaged it do not see need in scientific accuracy of concepts. Simply fitness gives all without exception that it wishes. By the way, all century presence in sports halls of dances in Chelyabinsk testifies to it…
